Every position on this site comes from the Swiss Ephemeris, the astronomical calculation library built by Astrodienst and used by professional astrology software worldwide. It isn't a lookup table or an approximation. It's the same precision engine serious astrology tools are built on.

I'm not a professional astrologer. I'm the person who built this tool, because I wanted panchang timings, muhurat windows, and birth charts that were actually calculated, not copied between sites or approximated from a table.

What I did do: implement the astronomy correctly, and apply classical rules as they're documented. The tithi, nakshatra, and muhurat rules follow established texts like Dharmasindhu and Nirnayasindhu. Vedic calculations use the Lahiri ayanamsha, the standard most widely used in Indian astrology. Western calculations use the tropical zodiac, the standard in Western practice. None of that is my invention. It's documented tradition, accurately computed.

The astronomy behind every chart and every timing on this site is independently verifiable. The interpretation layered on top of it, Vedic or Western, is traditional practice, not a scientifically validated system, and I'd rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise. This site is a calculation tool, not a substitute for a professional astrologer, especially for significant life decisions.
